Higher Heights Leadership Fund board member Tamika D. Mallory has been a fixture in the social justice and civil rights movements for nearly 20 years. She has worked extensively to address gender parity, economic empowerment, gun violence, criminal justice reform and police accountability.

Mallory is a former co-chair of the Women’s March on Washington and former executive director of the National Action Network. She was also a member of New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio’s transition team.

Mallory currently heads Mallory Consulting, a strategic planning and event management company that works with Fortune 500 corporations and organizations to address mass incarceration, gun violence and police brutality.
