Shannon Arthur is the Vice President of Institutional Development, where she spearheads and directs a comprehensive fundraising program. With a focus on accelerating the growth and strengthening of the membership program and member engagement, Arthur brings an energetic and results-driven approach rooted in community empowerment. Previously, she served as the Donor Cultivation Director at the Democratic National Committee, where she dedicated her efforts to bolstering candidates such as Senator Raphael Warnock and Leader Stacey Abrams throughout the South. Arthur also held the position of Development Manager at Fair Fight Action, leveraging a compassionate approach to fundraising that uplifted the voices of everyday people.
