Beatrice Sibblies is the managing partner of BOS Development, a Harlem-based real estate development and brokerage firm that works in partnership with faith-based communities, opportunity zone stakeholders and other community-based groups to create vibrant, affordable neighborhoods with a full spectrum of services.
Sibblies is the current vice chair of the Higher Heights Leadership Fund, which focuses on developing Black women’s political leadership skills and opportunities. She sits on the boards of numerous nonprofit and civic engagement organizations, including Harlem Park to Park and the Urban Design Forum.
Sibblies graduated from Yale University with a major in economics and political science, and she earned her master’s in business administration from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
