Bayliss Fiddiman is a Senior Policy Analyst at the Center for American Progress where she works on public policy issues related to equitable access to a quality education. Bayliss is passionate about educational equity, criminal justice reform, civil rights, and the intersections between them. In her spare time she can be found volunteering for civic engagement organizations like Thursday Network, and membership organizations that elevate women’s leadership. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Greater Washington Area Chapter, Women Lawyers Division, National Bar Association (GWAC). She received her B.A. in legal studies from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with Commonwealth Honors College distinction, and her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law.
